I’ve been a Donald Trump supporter since 2012, when I wish that he had run for president instead of Mitt Romney. When he came down the escalator, I immediately switched my support from Rand Paul to Trump. Why? The platform he laid out was everything I wished Republicans would do… and I actually believed he would do everything in his power to get it done. Luckily, I was proven correct.
This election cycle, I’m already sick of the whole campaign. It’s nothing but hurling insults and pitting conservatives against each other in a mutually assured destruction sort of way. The division I’m witnessing is not over policy or strategy… but quite literally personal attacks and insults. In my opinion, this is 100 times worse than 2016.
As I laid out in my previous Substack, when Trump ran for president the first time, he was the underdog… which meant that he was punching up. Now he’s the big dog, which makes him punch down, which is the worst kind of punching to do. This is why I’m already sick of the GOP primaries… and we’re not even in the thick of it.
With that said, I’ve endorsed Donald Trump for president on the GOP side. He’s the greatest president of my lifetime, by far. However, post-presidency I’ve come to have some disagreements with him… but he’s still the best man for the job out of any Republican in the field (or out of the field, for that matter).
Then comes along Robert F Kennedy Jr. He’s a Democrat, which in previous years would mean I wouldn’t even entertain voting for the guy. However, the more I listen to him, the more I like the guy and believe he’s the kind of candidate we need running for President. Which is why I’m endorsing RFK for president on the Democrat side.

After I finished listening to this interview, I took some time to think about what the most important issues are facing America. If everything else stayed the same, but we fixed these issues, what do I believe needs to be fixed if we want any chance of saving America from hurtling over the cliff to the point of no return? In no particular order, this was what I came up with:
